Anaya had a Felony domestic violence warrant from a previous Dixon PD case, and was riding a stolen bicycle taken at 1757 hours from a Dixon resident. Anaya was also in possession of concentrated cannabis and a methamphetamine pipe. Anaya was transported to Solano County Jail and booked for the felony warrant, possession of stolen property and possession of the cannabis and meth pipe.
