1320 Theft reported in the 100 blk of Heritage Ln. RP accused her neighbor of entering her apartment and stealing books. Officers found no evidence the allegation was true and the neighbor consented to a search of his apartment.
1330 During a response concerning a suspicious activity in the 1900 blk of Dailey Dr, officers contacted Kianna Rheanume, 36, of Vacaville, and took her into custody on two outstanding warrants out of Solano County for violations of 853.7 PC – Failure to Appear.
