1753 Hit and Run accident in the 200 block of North Washington Street. A vehicle sideswiped a parked vehicle and ran into the rear of a second vehicle. The responsible was seen running towards the area. The responsible, later identified as David Hernandez (26), of Dixon, was contacted and arrested for 10851 CVC – Stolen Vehicle and 20002 CVC – Hit and Run. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
