0246 Suspicious vehicle contact in the 1400 block of Ary Ln resulted in the arrest of Alex James Arana(19), of Dixon per 273.5 PC- felony Domestic Violence, 236 PC False Imprisonment and 148.9 PC- False Information to a Peace Officer. Arana was contacted in a vehicle in the drive-through of a closed business, giving a false name to a police officer prior to being transported to Solano County Jail.

0058 Hit and run collision reported in the 1000 block of North 1st St resulted in the arrest of Marian Elena Leon(43), of Dixon per 23152(a) VC-DUI, 23152(b) VC-DUI w/ BAC >.08 and 20002/(a) VC, Hit and Run. Leon fled the scene of the collision after driving a lifted Ford F-350 through the front wall of a business from the parking lot. Officer located Leon a short time later at her residence, where she was placed under arrest. Leon’s vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded per 22655(a) VC,-Vehicle used in a hit and run collision. Although the business was open at the time, there were no injuries as a result of the collision.
