0330 Suspicious unoccupied vehicle at the Dixon High School, 555 College Way.

0520 Theft reported from Shell Gas mini mart, 1900 N. First St. Five juveniles and one adult, all out of Sacramento, were arrested by responding officers while the suspects were fleeing the scene in a stolen vehicle. The driver, Eduardo Antonio Ortiz, 18, on probation out of Sacramento County, was transported to the Solano County Jail and booked on the following charges:

1203.2 PC-violation of probation,
496 PC-possession of stolen property,
459 PC-burglary,
272 PC-contributing to the delinquency of minors, (five counts),
182(a)(1) PC-conspiracy,
25662(a) B&P-minor in possession of alcohol,
23103(a) CVC-reckless driving, and,
12500(a) CVC-driving without a license.

1550 Physical altercation in the 400 blk of N. Washington St. Responding officers contacted a 16yr old male who briefly barricaded himself in a room inside the residence. He was taken into custody without further incident and booked into the Solano County Juvenile Detention Facility for violations of 242 PC-battery, and 148(a)(1) PC-resisting arrest.

1730 Stolen vehicle recovered in the county by Solano Sheriff’s Dept. Above reported stolen Hyundai located abandoned near Stevenson Bridge after having been involved in a solo vehicle hit & run collision into a tree.

0450 Hit & Run in the 1900 blk of N. Lincoln St. Abandoned vehicle with the doors open located off the roadway and into shrubbery. Vehicle was later reported stolen to Oakland PD and contained stolen property from at least one confirmed burglary that occurred overnight.

1115 Agency assist for CHP in the area of Pitt School Rd / Stratford Ave reference several motorcycles involved in a road rage incident on w/b I-80. Responsible motorcycle located and stopped as it was entering e/b I-80 from Pitt School Rd. CHP arrived and continued with their investigation.

2145 Vehicle stop in 1700 blk of Ventura Ct resulted in the arrest of driver, Jajiro Hernandez, 27, of Dixon, for violations of 23152(a) & (b) CVC-driving while intoxicated, 23103(a) CVC-reckless driving, and 12500(a) CVC-unlicensed driver.
