0959 Suspicious male contacted in the 400 block of Ellesmere Drive. Brandon Cooper (29) of Dixon was on active probation and had a warrant out of Sacramento County. After a foot pursuit, the suspect was located and taken in to custody, transported to county jail where he was booked on the warrant, Possession of Methamphetamine and a Probation Violation.
