1045 Agency assist for CHP. Occupants in a vehicle were possibly shooting at another vehicle e/b I-80 at Midway Rd. Neither agency were able to locate the vehicles.

1855 Civil Standby at 1120 West F St.
1905 Suspicious Person in the 1800 blk of Gold St. Adult resident answered her door and discovered a juvenile male on her porch who was holding a kitchen knife. RP did not recognize the juvenile and he was gone upon officers’ arrival. A canvas and search of the area yielded neither witnesses nor suspect.
1915 Citizen Assist in the 600 blk of West A St. Officer en route to above detail was flagged down by a motorist needing medical aid and requesting an ambulance.
2020 Theft reported from WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr.
2130 Two vehicles stored for expired registration in the 1800 blk of Gold St.
2345 Suspicious Occupied Vehicle in the 2600 blk of Plaza Ct resulted in a search of a probationer, out of Vacaville, and his vehicle.

0725 Code compliance check in the 200 blk of Stratford Ave.
0845 Suspicious Person in the area of West H St / Newgate Way.
0845 Parking Complaint and vehicle storage for expired registration in the 1000 blk of Newgate Way.
0855 Traffic Enforcement stop in the 1000 blk of Newgate Way resulted in a 28 yr old driver being issued a citation for driving while suspended, among other vehicle code violations, and the vehicle stored for being operated by an unlicensed driver.
1000 Security checks conducted in Beat 4.
1035 Warrant Service attempt in the 1500 blk of Valley Glen Dr.
1045 Warrant Service attempt in the 400 blk of W. Chestnut St.
1050 Shoplifter in custody at WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr. A 26yr old resident of Redding was detained for shoplifting by store loss prevention personnel and turned over to Dixon officers.
1105 Cellular 911 in the 1400 blk of Ingrid Dr.
1120 Occupied Suspicious Vehicle in the WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr. parking lot.
1130 911 disconnect in the 100 blk of East H St.
1150 Traffic Enforcement Stop at West H / N. Lincoln St resulted in a citation to a 35yr old Woodland resident for driving while suspended.
1220 Agency assist on Jeffrey Ln.
1315 Citizen Assist at S. First St / E. Broadway St.

1350 Citizen Assist in the 100 blk of S. First St.
1350 Follow-up investigation conducted in the 300 blk of West A St.
1405 Attempted pedestrian stop in the area of N. Lincoln St / Regency Pkwy resulted in a subject eluding officers on foot through backyards. The subject, who is known to the officers due to multiple previous contacts, discarded narcotics which were recovered by pursuing officers. Charges will be sought through the Solano County District Attorney’s Office against the subject for several Penal Code and Health & Safety Code violations.
1515 Trespassing reported in the 100 blk of Heritage Ln. Responding officers determined it to be a civil issue.
1615 Fraud reported in the 1000 blk of Jeffrey Ln.
1710 Citizen Assist in the 100 blk of S. First St.
1725 Disturbance reported in the area of Patwin Park.
1840 Agency Assist with the Dixon Fire Dept on a smoke investigation in the area of West H / N. Almond Sts. The origin of the smoke could not be determined.

1940 Alarm Activation in the 200 blk of Stratford Ave.
2010 Traffic Enforcement stop in the 1100 blk of N. First St resulted in the arrest of Shannon Elizabeth Ruiz, 34, of Woodland, on a no-bail probation violation warrant out of Yolo County. Ruiz was booked at the Solano County Jail.
2235 Suspicious Vehicle in the area of West F / N. Almond Sts.
2330 DUI reported in the 2500 blk of N. First St.
