9th and 12th DHS: The A Group attended on Monday and Tuesday, B Group on Thursday and Friday.
Alternative Education: The A Group attended on Monday and Thursday, B Group on Tuesday and Friday.

We are very pleased with how things have gone, overall. Students have done a terrific job with wearing their masks and staying distanced. Teachers are quickly adapting to having students in-person and working remotely. Classified staff in the many support roles they fill are running offices, cleaning, feeding, supporting learning, and so many other functions. As expected, there are issues that we are continuing to address and resolve for students, families, and staff. We appreciate the great efforts from everyone and the positive attitudes which are evident everywhere.

Remaining Return Dates

Our timeline is one of the most rapid and extensive in our immediate area. We complete the return of all of our grade-levels and instructional schedules that we have set this Monday, March 29th.

The grouping and days are as follows:

5th: A Group in the morning and B Group in the afternoon as of Monday.
7th and 8th: A Group on Monday and Tuesday, B Group on Thursday and Friday.
10th and 11th: A Group on Monday and Tuesday, B Group on Thursday and Friday.

Instructional Schedules

Instructional schedules have been widely distributed via these weekly updates and by each school site. Any remaining questions about schedules should be referred to the school of attendance.

Choosing In-Person or Distance Learning

We want to remind all families that they do have the opportunity to change their choice between in-person and Distance Learning once after their grade-level has reopened for in-person attendance. Please contact your school site with any questions on this, or to inform them of a change of plans.

Tier Status Update

As of today’s meeting with Solano County Public Health, the Director said that our county β€œis not showing progress toward the orange tier.” Movement into the orange tier could allow for modifications to some of our operations, but it does not seem likely to occur for a number of weeks, at the soonest.
