Elderly Man Struck By Car In Vacaville

BREAKING: Another vehicle hit a patrol car during the investigation.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – An 86-year-old man was struck by a vehicle this morning in Vacaville, according to police.

The incident happened on Woodcrest Drive between Alpine and Brown streets around 8:30 a.m. The injured man was taken to a hospital.

Police said a vehicle struck a parked patrol car that was blocking off traffic during the investigation but no one was injured.
