Davis Shakespeare Ensemble kicks off its second season with Shakespeare's most magical comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream. The human and fairy worlds collide in this hilarious and enchanted adventure through the forest inspired by what makes Davis one-of-a-kind -- bicycles!
Davis Shakespeare Ensemble is a new theatre company that presents full-length Shakespearean productions and educational workshops to communities in Davis and Yolo County. We are committed to producing shows in unconventional theatrical spaces and work in collaboration with the UC Davis Arboretum to present Shakespeare's works in a unique and exciting outdoor setting.
Shows run Thursday-Sunday at 8:00
Sundays include a 2:00 Matinee
9/15: Preview Performance ($5 off all tickets!)
9/16: Opening Night, followed by Gala at a local Davis restaurant
10/02: Closing Night
