Join the Winters Community for the 2011 Earthquake Festival. Come for the great food, arts and crafts,street vendors, rockin' music and street dancing that goes well into the night.. There will be bounce houses for the kids as well as performances and other fun activities plus it goes on all evening long! This Main Street fair commemorates the rise of the city of Winters out of the Great Earthquake of 1892 and if you've never attended an Earthquake Festival, here' s your chance!
