Â
We received the following flier on Wednesday about a fundraiser for Devan Cox. If you haven't heard about Devan's story, here's a bit from the Dixon Tribune:
Devan was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy in October of 2011. CIDP is a rare neurological disorder characterized by progressive weakness and impaired sensory function in the legs and arms. The disorder is caused by damage to the myelin sheath – which covers and wraps around and protects nerve fibers – of the peripheral nerves.
