Heroin Arrests; Assault With Deadly Weapon: Dixon Police Blotter

DIXON, CA β€” The Dixon Police Department responded to the following incidents Sunday, Feb. 24 through Tuesday, March 5, 2019 within the city, according to significant police activity reports made publicly available by Dixon PD. All arrest charges listed below are allegations and not convictions.

Sunday, Feb. 24

  • 7:39 a.m. Hit-and-run reported in the area of Stratford Way and Afton Way.
  • 9:05 a.m. Theft reported in the 700 block of Stratford Avenue.
  • 10:54 a.m. Follow-up in the 800 block of Elm Drive. Robert Spicer, 47, of Dixon, was contacted and arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon for an incident that allegedly occurred on Feb. 22, 2019, police said. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
  • 12:40 p.m. Harassment report in the 200 block of Sanborn Lane.
  • 1:35 p.m. Threats reported in the 400 block of La Esperanza. Adrian Thomas, 48, of Dixon, was placed under citizen’s arrest for alleged criminal threats, police said. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
  • 4:27 p.m. Pedestrian stop in the 1100 block of Pitt School Road. Daniel Gerhart, 42, of Dixon, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, sexual battery and false imprisonment related to an incident that allegedly occurred on Feb. 23, 2019, police said. Gerhart was transported to the Solano County Jail.
  • 8:05 p.m. Civil standby for child exchange in the 400 block of West Chestnut Street. During the exchange the 25-year-old mother of the child was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after she caused a disturbance, police said. She was transported to the Solano County Jail.

  • 3:01 a.m. Confidential report taken in the 100 block of North Adams Street.
  • 7:15 a.m. Traffic enforcement stop in the 1200 block of Stratford Avenue. Police said the 45-year-old driver was cited and released for driving on a suspended license, no proof of Insurance, expired registration and displaying false tabs on his vehicle.

Tuesday Feb. 26

  • 6:57 a.m. Vehicle burglary reported in the 1600 block of Fulmor Drive.
  • 9:44 a.m. Theft reported in the 500 block of College Drive.
  • 11:04 a.m. Confidential report in the 200 block of North Lincoln.
  • 3:26 p.m. Vehicle burglary reported in the 1600 block of Fulmor Drive.
  • 3:15 p.m. Hit-and-run reported in the 400 block of East C Street.
  • 6:19 p.m. Traffic collision in the intersection of Pitt School Road and Ary Ln.

  • 8:12 a.m. Traffic collision in the area of Stratford Avenue and North 1st Street.
  • 8:49 a.m. Theft of a registration tab in the area of 300 block of Madden Court.
  • 12:41 p.m. Assist citizen in the 800 block of Evans Road.
  • 1:16 p.m. Assist Dixon Fire Department in the 1400 block of Ary Lane.
  • 2:06 p.m. Fraud reported at the Dixon Police Department.
  • 4:29 p.m. Confidential report in the 1600 block of Bello Drive.
  • 5:26 p.m. Verbal dispute 400 block of South Jefferson. Police said Rene Espinoza, 39, of Dixon, was arrested for alleged court order violation. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.

Thursday, Feb. 28

  • 2:40 a.m. Welfare Check 1300 block West H Street.
  • 10:59 a.m. Theft report 100 block of South 2nd Street.
  • 12:30 p.m. Info report 500 block College Way.
  • 6:59 p.m. Traffic Collision 7800 block Batavia Road. Police said Nitra Kosanwit, 38, of Elk Grove was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and was booked into the Solano County Jail.
  • 9:20 p.m. Traffic Stop 2500 block North First Street. Police said Ashley Lopez, 35, of Vacaville was cited and released for allegedly driving with a suspended license and an outstanding warrant.

Saturday, March 2

  • 1:06 a.m. Restraining order violation reported in the 1200 block of Hillview Drive. Police said Jacob Don William, 28, of Dixon, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, court order violation, criminal threats and resisting arrest. He was transported to Solano County Jail.
  • 10:19 a.m. Follow-up in the 800 block of North Adams Street. Police said Justin Sharp, 40, of Vacaville, was arrested for a no-cite warrant for probation violation, a $10,000 warrant from Mendocino County, possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
  • 2:45 p.m. Attempted robbery reported in the 1200 block of Stratford Avenue.
  • 8:06 p.m. Stolen vehicle reported in the 300 block of South 2nd Street.
  • 8: 12 p.m. Info report taken in the 100 block of Lynd Way.
  • 8:46 p.m. Traffic enforcement stop in the area of South 1st Street and Country Fair. Police said Gloria Perez, 35, of Dixon, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation. She was transported to the Solano County Jail.

Sunday, March 3

  • 12:05 a.m. Disturbance in the 100 block of North 1st Street. Police said Justin Sousa, 36, of Dixon, was contacted and was allegedly found to be intoxicated and on probation. He was arrested on suspicion of public Intoxication and a probation violation. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
  • 4:02 a.m. Suspicious circumstance in the 1100 block of Pitt School Road. Police said William Donald, 20, of Vacaville, was contacted and found to be on probation. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was transported to the Solano County Jail.
  • 3:20 a.m. Suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of Hawthorne Court. Police said Chelsea Franklin, 23, of Dixon, and Justin Sharp, 40, of Suisun City, were contacted. Police said Sharp was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said Franklin was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation. They were transported to the Solano County Jail.
  • 12:40 p.m. Report of an intoxicated subject in the 1200 block of Stratford Avenue. Police said Robert Harmony, 62, of Dixon was allegedly found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested and taken to jail on suspicion of public intoxication.
  • 1:42 p.m. Stolen license plate reported in the area of Regency Parkway and Madden Court.
  • 2:19 p.m. Stolen vehicle located in the 200 block of North 2nd Street.

Monday, March 4

  • 7:11 a.m. Recovered stolen vehicle in the 700 block of Priddy Drive.
  • 2 p.m. Missing person reported in the 1300 block of North Lincoln was later located.
  • 2:02 p.m. Confidential report in the 800 block of Evans Road.
  • 3:27 p.m. Vehicle burglary in the 1900 block of Regency Parkway.
  • 5 p.m. Informational report taken in the lobby of the police department.

Tuesday, March 5

  • 1:39 p.m. Confidential report in the 1400 block of Ingrid Drive.
  • 2:48 p.m. Found property reported at the Dixon Police Department.
  • 4:08 p.m. Vehicle burglary reported in the 1700 block of North 1st Street.
  • 9 p.m. Suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive. Police said Nadia Nomura, 40, of Sacramento, was found to have a traffic warrant. Police said she was also in possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine. She was transported to the Solano County Jail.
