Kaiser Permanente Hospice Offers Bereavement Support

Kaiser Permanente Hospice is offering free grief support groups to community members.

The next support group begins September 15th and will be held Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Vacaville.

Over the course of eight weeks, attendees will learn about the normal process of grieving, discover ways to cope with the feelings and issues that are part of the process and share strategies for self-care.

There is no fee associated with these classes and you do not have to be a Kaiser Permanente member to attend.
