Officer-Involved Shooting Reported This Morning In Fairfield

From the Fairfield Police Department:

On 01/15/15 at approximately 0749 hours, police responded to a disturbance call in the 2000 block of Sousa Court.

Events unfolded that resulted in an officer involved shooting. No officers were injured during the incident.

The investigation is ongoing at this time and there is no threat to the public.
