Pair Arrested After Allegedly Selling Drugs To Undercover Cops
Fairfield police said they built the case over a couple months after first being approached by one of the suspects in December.

From the Fairfield Police Department:
In December of 2014, undercover detectives were conducting a narcotic-related investigation in the 1600 block of Flamingo Drive.
While conducting this investigation, an unrelated subject approached the undercover detectives and offered to sell them marijuana.

A second investigation was initiated based on the contact.
Throughout the following two months, the undercover detectives conducted several purchases of marijuana and prescription narcotics.

Resulting from the investigation, two subjects were identified and arrested. William Carter, an 18-year-old male of Fairfield was arrested on several counts to include the possession and sales of marijuana, the possession and sales of prescription narcotics and drug loitering.
Brittany Colbert, a 22-year-old female of Fairfield was arrested for the possession and sales of marijuana.
