This is going to be a photo blog .... My buddy Jeff and I kayaked Lake Solano near Winters for the first time yesterday. Here are some photos from that trip. If you're into birds, the birds there were much more tame than usual, enabling me to get closer for good shots.
I'm not sure how well you'll be able to make out the panorama photo, shot with a cameraphone. All the other photos were taken with a consumer-model Canon DSLR with an inexpensive 75-300 mm telephoto lens.
