Sacramento Mom Downs Three Gigantic Steak Dinners--in 20 Minutes

Competitive eater Molly Schuyler has done it again. Over the weekend she won a steak eating contest in Texas.

Now, she didn’t just eat the steak—she had to eat complete dinners. In total, she chomped her way through three 72-ounce steaks, 3 baked potatoes, 3 shrimp cocktails, 3 side salads and 3 rolls. If you’ve done the math, the steak alone weighs in at 13.5 pounds!

Schuyler won the 72 oz. Showdown at Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, topping competitors twice her size. She’s bringing home $6,000 in prize money.

Past victories include the Wing Bowl, the IHOP Pancake Bowl, the Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival and the Nebraska Brewing Company’s Death Pizza challenge.

Schuyler has four children and lives in Sacramento.
