We recently learned that Fr. Hector Montoya, a pastor of St. Peter Parish, has tested positive for Covid-19 and is currently undergoing treatment. The City is coordinating with the Solano County Public Health Department to engage contact tracing and explore expanded testing resources to the residents of the City.
