Trio Arrested In Dixon After 3-Hour Police Stand-Off

Solano County deputies aided in the apprehension that began during a probation-compliance check on Manning Way.

DIXON , Ca -- Three individuals were arrested Thursday after a three-hour standoff with Dixon police and Solano County Sheriff's deputies at a home on Manning Way in Dixon.

The Dixon Police Department was conducting a probation-compliance check shortly before 10 a.m. on the 300 block of Manning as part of a residential-burglary investigation at a separate Dixon house in which a firearm was reported stolen, according to law enforcement.

During the check, three subjects barricaded themselves in a bedroom, along with a dog, police said.

Dixon officers and Solano County deputies directed the trio to come out of the bedroom, and, after approximately three hours, the suspects emerged and were arrested, police said. No injuries were reported.

Arrested were: Julee Jones, 34 of Dixon, for alleged police obstruction and probation violation; Richard Muller, 32 of Dixon, for suspicion of police obstruction; and Kenneth Mullens for alleged police obstruction and probation violation, police said.
