VACAVILLE, CA – The Vacaville Police Department today released a surveillance video hoping the public can help with the identification of three males, in their late teens or early 20s, wanted in connection with the "unprovoked" assault of a man outside a Walmart in Vacaville.
The victim, who is recovering from his injuries, went in the early morning hours on Oct. 11 to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Nut Tree Road, but found the store was closed, officials said.
"Without warning, the three individuals attacked the male victim, throwing him to the ground, and striking him repeatedly in the head and face with their fists, while also delivering brutal kicks to his body," police said. "This assault was completed unprovoked and was not a robbery."
