Worker Trapped In Pipe Near Rio Vista: Report

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — A rescue operation was reportedly underway Monday in Solano County to free a construction worker from a pipe. Emergency personnel responded to the incident in the area of state Highways 160 and 12 near Rio Vista at about 1 p.m., according to at least one news report.
The Rio Vista Fire Department along with River Delta and Stockton fire departments responded to the technical rescue, an official for Rio Vista Fire said on social media.
