John F. of Davis writes: “Came here a few weeks ago for a work get together. Had drinks, appetizers, and I ordered a small Irish stew. They had forgotten to put my order in, which delayed my receiving the dish in a timely manner. As a result, they comped my meal. This was a very generous gesture for something that I wasn’t even really upset about. This is called great customer service, and De Vere’s delivers it. As a result, I would be happy to come back to De Vere’s for drinks, appetizers, and some nice Old World atmosphere.”

Max. M. of Orinda says: “Burgers are really good! Just a bit greasy but that why they’re soo good. It has been awhile but I remember they gave free shot on your birthday. Good burger alternative to burgers and brew.”
Cast Iron Grill and Bar, 700 Main St., Suisun City| 3.5 stars
Megan M. of Utah: “Came to this place last night and loved it! Besides a longer wait time then quoted, everything was wonderful. The meat was so delicious and juicy, and the mash potatoes were to die for. I ate my whole plate and that never happens. I would definitely come back here if I was in the area. I would recommend the grilled tri tip with a Moscow mule. You will not regret it.”
Bud’s Pub & Grill, 100 S 1st St., Dixon,| 3.5 stars
Valentin A. of Dixon writes: “If it’s with your family, friends, or any person you’re trying to have a good comfort food with, Bud’s is the place. I can always go in there with friends and have amazing food (all the sandwiches are to die for) and they can assure you that any sporting game will always be on by the bar, it’s a great atmosphere with people you know, it’s not always to bad living in a place with not so many people.”
Cullens Tannery Pub, 131 1st St., Benicia|4.5 stars
Kim G. of Benicia writes: “My favorite spot in Benicia for drinks. All of the staff are nice, friendly folks. The owners are super nice and very knowledgeable on drinks and on facts about the Benicia area too! They have great beers on tap, usually likes to switch them out to get some fresh breweries in there. Not usually your mainstream beers. Nice steam punk decor. Indoor and outdoor seating available. It is a small place so not too accommodating for large parties but a decent amount of people can be accommodated. Does not serve food, there is a spot on the adjacent wall that serves food. You’ll love this place and the friendly people who work and drink at it!”
Huey’s Pub, 519 Main St., Vacaville| 3 stars
Aileen A.of Vacaville says: “Great, clean local pub. There are a lot of regulars early in the evening. Music is a bit loud over the speakers. Live music in the past has been great! Wanted to give a shout out to the owner for serving Heritage House Cafe’s Pub Menu. You can call the Café directly and they will deliver their pub items, Thurs-Sat evenings. Tried the nachos last weekend. Our order was delivered in 10 minutes. These weren’t any ordinary nachos....think crispy HOMEMADE potato chips, cheese sauce, bacon, scallions and sour cream. Salty, crispy, savory goodness to go along with your beer!”
