Let me start by saying - I love hot chocolate. So, when I saw this recipe for Polar Express Hot Chocolate on the blog Honey & Fitz I knew I had to make it.

Don’t be afraid when you see the ingredients - this is a decadent, rich, flavorful hot chocolate. Sorry, but it’s not healthy. However, making this could be the start of a wonderful tradition and indulging in something as wonderful as this hot cocoa once a year won’t hurt.

If you have some time, or are taking this to a holiday party, you can make this in a Crock Pot. To do this, simply combine all the ingredients in the Crock Pot and cook on low for a few hours.
