499 Apartments Planned For Area Near Dublin BART
The project is part of the plan to create a walkable area near downtown.

DUBLIN, CA — Almost 500 apartments and a commercial complex will be coming to the city near the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station in an effort to breathe life into downtown Dublin, according to a report in the East Bay Times. The St. Patrick Way Residential, which will be designed by KTGY Architecture and Planning, will include studios, and one and two-bedroom apartments.
Ted McMahon, San Jose-based Bayview Development Group's chief investment officer, told the East Bay Times that they are “excited to invest in the Dublin community.” Click here to see the full design. Read full story on East Bay Times.
