AAUW HOSTS WELCOMING TEA

Livermore-Pleasanton-Dublin Branch AAUW hosts a Welcoming Tea from 1-3 p.m. on Sat. Sept. 13, Lynnewood Church, 4444 Black Ave. Pleasanton.

The Livermore-Pleasanton-Dublin Branch of the American Association University Women will host a Welcoming Tea for current and prospective members from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, at Lynnewood Methodist Church, 4444 Black Avenue, Pleasanton.  The theme, “Memories” will be presented by Ginny Reineking, Dot Bishop, Marge Johnson, Dawn Gordner, Charlotte Severin, Barbara Hempill and Joan Green.

This year’s scholarship winners, Patricia Aubel, Kelly Morgan and Nicole Triplett have been invited to the tea as have the nine middle school girls who participated in Tech Trek Camp, sponsored by the branch this summer at Stanford University.
