DUBLIN, CA — Four three-bedroom homes in Dublin are available for $575,615 for qualified first-time homebuyers.
The homes are located on Byrne Street and Gallagher Lane in the new Francis Ranch development. They range from 1,795 to 1,839 square feet, and offer 2.5 baths and a two-car garage. By contrast, the median price for a 3-bedroom home in Dublin is roughly $1.25 million, according to estimates from Trulia and Michael Katwan Market Intelligence.
The homes are available to households of three to six people with the following maximum gross annual household incomes:
Maximum household assets are limited to $250,000. This includes cash, all savings and checking accounts, stocks, bonds, real estate, gifts, and other sources of money. This does not include pensions and federally approved retirement savings accounts like IRAs, ROTH IRAs, and 401 (k)s.
Preference points will be given to people who currently live or work in Dublin, and to seniors, people with permanent disabilities, veterans, family members in Dublin, and more.
