'Back To School Night' Scheduled At Dublin Farmers' Market
On Aug. 3, the public is asked to donate school supplies for a Stuff the Cruiser event. Teachers will get in free to The Wave.
DUBLIN, CA — It may be hard to believe, but the next school year is just around the corner. The city of Dublin and Dublin Police Services are partnering to organize a Back to School Night at the farmers’ market next Thursday, Aug. 3 from 4-8 p.m. at Emerald Glen Park.
Dublin police are hosting a “Stuff the Cruiser” event to collect donations for DUSD students in need. Anyone who donates school supplies will be given a school-themed prize.
Requested items include backpacks, pens, pencils, markers, crayons, binders, notebooks, scissors, rulers, erasers, tape, highlighters, calculators, and more.

Teachers who show their ID at the Parks and Community Services table will also receive a complimentary pass to The Wave.
