His Eagle Scout project was to build an agility structure for the East Bay SPCA. It consisted of jumps, cavalettis, weave poles, and a horizontal ladder. He designed the blueprints on Inventor, an Autocad program and rendered 3d models to see how they would look. It was decided to make the structure out of PVC, making it light but also durable, and all the materials were ordered. He then recruited and supervised a group of friends who volunteered to build the structure, then delivered it to the East Bay SPCA. He is thankful for the help received from his parents, as well as from Mr. O’Flynn, Mr. Buchenauer, and all the other assistant scoutmasters and scoutmasters who have helped him to date.
Kunsh’s life plans include going to college, studying biology, then going into veterinary medicine or zoology. His desire is to work with animals as a career. Scouting has given him the interest and background to be successful in following his plan.
