Many new restaurants are opening in Dublin.

DUBLIN, CA - Sharpen your knives: Dublin has a new butcher in town, and several new restaurants that have just opened, or will open soon. A new vegan cafe is even opening around the same time the butchery is, showing how Dublin has something for everyone.

  • Angus the Butcher Shop is a Korean butchery that opened at 7166 Regional Street in Almond Plaza. It offers a variety of Prime Angus beef and specialty meat with no antibiotics or growth hormones. It also offers a lunch box, kimchi, side dishes, catering, and soup.
  • Hot Pho Vietnamese Restaurant opened at 3916 Fallon Road at Fallon Gateway. It offers a variety of rice plates, pho, vermicelli, and Vietnamese cuisine.
  • Gong Cha (opening soon) is an international bubble tea franchise offering a variety of different options, including milk tea, tea latte, coffees, and different boba options.
  • Dave’s Hot Chicken opened at 4550-A Tassajara Road. The rapidly growing franchise offers a variety of chicken sliders and fries with spice levels ranging from “no spice” to “reaper.”
  • Santa Maria Cafe (opening soon) is a vegan cafe serving specialty coffee and breakfast items.
