My mom, Shirley, always dreamed of being a stylist but followed her heart and married my Dad. They are still married after 55 years!
I went to beauty school through ROP while in high school and graduated both in 1981. My mom was bored at home so she went to beauty school attending just before I graduated and received her license to do nails.
A year later we opened . Shirley went back to school and received her skin care license (her gift to us all was facials) and I bought the salon from my parents in April of 2005.
It has been so much fun working along side my mom as we are also best friends. My daughter, Kaitlyn, is following in my footsteps.

She also attended ROP while at and is a Dublin Beauty School grad. Now, we have all three generations working here.
One difference is that Kaitlyn is a natural in this business- keeping me on my toes as we learn and grow in the ever changing trends in the beauty business.
Our new make up line is named after her: "KD Rose."
