Boops N' Bubbles, a local family owned mobile dog grooming company visited the East County Animal Shelter in Dublin this week. A team of 10 professional groomers and 5 luxurious grooming salons on wheels gave the pups and kitties at the shelter a pampering spa day they deserve.
