Calphin Aquatic Club Buys $1.5 Million Building

Owners of Calphin Aquatic Club recently purchased a 10,584 -sq.ft. building in Dublin for $1.5 million, according to CDC Small Business Finance, a nonprofit SBA lender that facilitated the transaction.

This minority-owned business, known for its swim programs and CPR services, used a SBA-504 loan to buy the building located at 6175 Dublin Blvd.

The SBA-504 program allows small businesses to finance the purchase of commercial real estate and large equipment with a 10% down-payment. Loans range in size from $250,000 to over $15 million. Small businesses can find out if they qualify for an SBA-504 loan by clicking on CDC’s Prequalify Today.
