Cheapest Gas in Town

Oh, the fun of a road trip. Wide open spaces, the freedom to cruise down the 101 and a highly anticipated trip to Santa Barbara.

Yes, this was my weekend. But no matter what good deals we discovered in a beautiful city near the ocean, the high cost of gas was clear the entire trip down the coast. Certainly a sign that while our hearts may be full of a love to travel, our wallets may soon be empty.

As of Monday, AAA said the average price per gallon for regular unleaded in California is $3.90. In comparison, the national average is $3.51.

Thanks to a website called GasBuddy, finding the cheapest local gas is easier than driving around town.

Here are the lowest prices in Dublin for regular unleaded as of today:

- 7100 Dougherty Road & Amador Valley Boulevard - $3.85

- 6400 Dublin Boulevard & Dougherty Road - $3.85

- 7499 Dublin Boulevard - $3.87

- 6401 Dublin Boulevard & Dougherty Road - $3.89

- 5933 Dougherty Road & Dublin Boulevard - $3.93
