City Of Dublin: Application Period Now Open For Dublin LEAD Program For Teens

Teens entering 7th grade or higher this fall, are encouraged to apply for the Dublin LEAD program, which gives them an opportunity to work with Parks and Community Services staff during summer camps and aquatics programs.  The deadline to apply is Thursday, April 22, at 5:00 p.m.

Participants will receive training in various job-related skills including resume writing, job search techniques, and interviewing.  Additional topics include how to lead a group activity; how to engage participants; water safety; playground and park safety; and supervising camp attendees.  Participants are encouraged to assist with recreation and aquatics programs for at least two weeks during the summer.
