City Of Dublin Urges Fireworks Safety On Independence Day

Thirteen non-profit organizations will be selling safe and sane fireworks this year.

June 23, 2020

"Safe and Sane" fireworks will be sold in Dublin, June 28 to July 4. The City of Dublin and its public safety departments urge extreme caution in their use. Due to COVID-19, usage of safe and sane fireworks will also be limited this year in order to maintain proper social distancing rules. The City will not allow fireworks to be used in ANY Dublin park, facility, business park, school, or multi-family housing complex. Usage will be limited to neighborhoods with single-family dwellings, and residents are encouraged to gather with their "social bubble" in celebration. Those who live in neighborhoods managed by a homeowners association (HOA) should check with the HOA before using Safe and Sane Fireworks.
