City Cooling Center Remains Open Friday Amid High Temps
With a fire weather watch ahead, the city of Dublin will keep its cooling center open Friday.
DUBLIN, CA — The Dublin Senior Center will remain open through Friday as a cooling center beginning Sunday as the region heads into a fire weather watch.
The Senior Center at 7600 Amador Valley Blvd. will be open from noon to 8 p.m. Friday, the city said.
Guests may sit in the lounge area and ballroom, where tables and chairs will be available.

Guests will be subject to temperature checks, and must wear face coverings and maintain six feet of distance from one another, the city said. Anyone who is experiencing symptoms associated with illness, or is under an isolation or quarantine order will not be allowed in.
Restrooms will be frequently disinfected, and hand sanitizer or soap and water will be available, the city said.
