Coronavirus Regional Testing Site In Dublin: New Hours Announced

Beginning Monday, May 4, the COVID-19 Regional Testing Site at the Alameda County Fairgrounds, will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a maximum testing of 1200 individuals during the week. The testing is done by Stanford Health Care – ValleyCare (SHC – VC), in coordination with the cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, and Dublin, and the Alameda County Fairgrounds. If daily capacity is reached prior to 1:00 p.m. each day, signage will be posted at the gate 12 entrance of the fairgrounds. No appointment is needed. Testing is available to patients with or without a physician order.

Criteria:

Symptoms/conditions qualifying a member of the public (residents of Pleasanton, Livermore, and Dublin) for testing include at least one of the following:

• Shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms
• Recent exposure to confirmed or suspected coronavirus case
• Fever above 100 degrees
• Shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms
• Other chronic diseases or conditions, such as blood disorders; kidney or liver disease; diabetes; heart, lung, or neurological disease; and compromised immune system
• Over the age of 65
• Homeless
• Pregnant or recently pregnant

Further Details:

All insurances are accepted and will be billed, but there will be no out-of-pocket costs. Cash pay fees are waived.

Test results may take up to 72 hours but may be available sooner.

Testing site can accommodate 150 tests per day, or 750 for the week.

Patients will need to provide a phone number or email address to receive results and follow-up information.

Must be 10 years of age or older to receive testing.

Enter through the Alameda County Fairgrounds Gate 12, located off Valley Avenue, Pleasanton. Follow signage to the testing location.
