Dublin Blood Drive In Memory Of Sheriff Charles C. Plummer

The Red Cross is in "desperate" need of donations.

DUBLIN, CA — A blood drive in Dublin Tuesday will pay homage to the memory of Alameda County Sheriff Charles C. Plummer. Plummer died in March of 2018. He served as sheriff for 20 years before retiring in 2007. He was a strong supporter of the Red Cross, according to the City of Dublin.

The drive will be held at the Office of Emergency Services on March 5 between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Those interested in donating may register online and enter code “Plummer” to make an appointment or stop by the drive Tuesday.

The Office of Emergency Services is located at 4985 Broder Blvd. in Dublin.
