Dublin City Council To Consider Approving 3,500-Square Foot Car Wash

DUBLIN, CA — The Dublin City Council is hosting a public hearing Tuesday evening to consider a proposal for a commercial car wash on the corner of Dublin Boulevard and Kaiser Road.

Dosanjh Real Estate is requesting approval of a 3,574-square-foot building housing a drive-thru automatic car wash tunnel, a vacuum area with 15 parking spaces, and related site improvements.

The council will consider introducing an ordinance to approve an amendment to Zoning Ordinance 03-19 and approve a Conditional Use Permit and Site Development Review Permit.
