Dublin Clerk-Recorder's Office Now Open Full Time
You still have to go to Oakland for some services.

DUBLIN, CA - The new Alameda County Clerk-Recorder’s office in Dublin is now open full weekday hours – from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The office is located at 7600 Dublin Boulevard.
It opened with limited hours in December.

“Starting February 1st, we will offer the same weekday office hours in Dublin that we have offered for many years at our Main Office in Downtown Oakland,’’ said Steve Manning, Alameda County Auditor-Controller/Clerk-Recorder. “We believe this is a significant step in our efforts to offer greater convenience to our customers.’’
You can get certified copies of vital records such as birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates, certified copies of official public records including real estate documents, and document recording.

A customer research area is also provided.
In the future, services will be expanded to the issuance of marriage licenses, notary bonds, fictitious business names and other records. For now, you have to go to the Clerk-Recorder’s Main Office at 1106 Madison St., Oakland.
