DUBLIN, CA — The Dublin Senior Center will remain open Monday as a cooling center this weekend as a heat wave with the potential to bring record-breaking temperatures sweeps across California.
The Senior Center at 7600 Amador Valley Blvd. will be open from noon to 8 p.m., the city said. Guests may sit in the lounge area and ballroom, where tables and chairs will be available.
Guests will be subject to temperature checks, and must wear face coverings and maintain six feet of distance from one another, the city said. Anyone who is experiencing symptoms associated with illness, or is under an isolation or quarantine order will not be allowed in.
