The team traveled to Cooperstown, New York on July 19-26 for a tournament against teams from around the U.S and Latin America.

All Sports Academy (Dublin DAWGS) recently returned from Cooperstown, New York on July 19-26, 2014 where the 12U team competed in a week long tournament against teams throughout USA and Latin America. We are extremely proud to have earned 10th place against 40 other teams and 1 very talented national team from Valenzuela.

Six big home runs combined from Clayton Schaible, Dante Biasotti, Nolin Shervais and Gabe Chamberlain helped the DAWGS walk off with 5-1-1 record. Seven nights in the bunkhouses with their coaches, meals with their team, “trading” pins with the other teams, playing on the best ball fields in the catskill mountains, wiffle ball, and BBQ’s were all highlights!

This baseball adventure included a trip to the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame where the boys spent hours soaking up the history of baseball greats! The 75th Anniversary of the HOF took place the same week and we were able to participate in the legendary festivities.

A total of 35 family members traveled with the team to root the DAWGS on - we are so appreciative of their support, thank you! We all had a great time! Our boy’s bonded on this awesome experience and will always hold a “once in a lifetime” Cooperstown baseball memory that they will talk about for year’s to come. Lucky them - GO DAWGS!
