DUBLIN, CA — The City of Dublin has established a Special Needs Registry to help its emergency services know the particular needs of the community.

Dublin residents can enroll themselves or a dependent of any age with any disability or medical/mental health conditions in the registry. The registry will be a private list maintained on the Dublin Police Services’ computer aided dispatch system. The information will be available only to first responders and will be immediately available to responders in the field. This will prevent responders from having to ask sensitive questions during a stressful situation.
