Dublin To Hold Meetings On Proposed Quarry Lane Performing Arts Center

The city is holding two meetings next week to hear about a proposed 13,800-square-foot performing arts center.

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin is hosting two community meetings to provide more information on the proposed Quarry Lane School Performing Arts Center.

The school has submitted an application to build a 13,800-square-foot performing arts center with approximately 126 additional parking spaces at the school’s property on 6237 Tassajara Road. The project is designed to provide space for an existing performing arts program, but will not result in any new students or increased school operations.

Requested approvals include a Planned Development Zoning Amendment, Conditional Use Permit, and Site Development Review Permit.

City staff will receive a short presentation from Quarry Lane representatives.

Two meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 8 at 7 p.m. and Wednesday, Aug. 9 at 6 p.m. via Zoom. See here for more information. Both meetings will present the same information.
