Dublin To Hold Two Community Meetings To Discuss Righetti Property Project
The city is seeking community feedback on a wide-ranging project of up to 96 homes, 372,350 square feet of industrial uses, and more.

The City of Dublin will hold two community meetings to share information about the Righetti Property Project. The meetings will be held on Wednesday, June 21, at 7:00 p.m., and Thursday, June 22, at 6:00 p.m., via Zoom. Two meetings will be held for the convenience of our residents; the information provided will be the same at both meetings.

The property owner, Righetti Partners, has requested approval of a Planned Development Rezone with a Stage 2 Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 9305. The project would subdivide the 49.6-acre site into four parcels to accommodate proposed residential, industrial, and commercial/campus office development. The project includes up to 96 units within 9.8 acres designated Medium-Density Residential; approximately 372,350 square feet of industrial use on 21.37 acres designated Industrial Park; and approximately 321,125 square feet of campus office/light industrial uses on 18.43 acres. The project also includes amendments to Planned Development Ordinance No. 32-05 for Fallon Village Stage 1 Development Plan.
