Dublin Mendocino Farms Hosting Grand Opening Next Week

DUBLIN, CA — Mendocino Farms will host a grand opening at its new location at Persimmon Place in Dublin next week, the popular fast casual sandwich and salad chain announced.

The opening of the Tri-Valley's second Mendocino Farms will take place Monday, Feb. 2 starting at 10:30 a.m. at 5130 Dublin Boulevard. For the first two weeks, guests are entitled to one free entrée if they sign up for a My Mendo account. For the first three months, the location will also donate 50% of proceeds raised at fundraisers hosted there.

Mendocino Farms has a number of locations around California, Washington, and Texas, including at City Center Bishop Ranch, and in Walnut Creek. It offers a variety of sandwiches, like vegan banh mi, chicken pesto caprese, chicken farm, turkey avocado, and more. It also offers large salads like avocado and quinoa, Thai mango, and Chinese chicken salad, among others.
