Youth Counselor Arrested On Child Pornography Charges: Dublin Police

Police said the suspect, who made regular home visits to youth with special needs, had pornography showing children as young as 4-years-old.

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin police arrested a 23-year-old youth counselor accused of possessing child pornography.

On Friday, Nov. 24, Dublin police served Nobumasa Masubuchi with an arrest warrant following a roughly four-month investigation, Dublin Police Services said in a news release. During the course of the investigation, authorities allege they found a great deal of pornography, depicting victims as young as four years old.

Masubuchi was employed as a counselor for a Sacramento facility assisting youth with special needs, and regularly conducted home visits with at-risk minors, police said,
