Dublin Welcomes Serendipity Labs, A New Coworking Space
The 18,000-square-foot space on Village Parkway offers private and team offices, meeting rooms, drop-in coworking, and more.

The City of Dublin welcomes a new coworking space to Dublin, Serendipity Labs, located at 6200 Village Parkway. Serendipity Labs offers coworking, meeting space, private office suite memberships, and access to locations across the U.S. and U.K. The 18,000-square-foot facility spans two floors and features private and team offices; meeting rooms; and drop-in coworking. It also features individual offices for one to ten people; customizable team suites with desk sharing for up to 50; drop-in coworking; many private phone and focus rooms with privacy felting between rooms; a Café; and trusted meeting and event facility for up to 60.

“Dublin will greatly appreciate the upscale design and amenities of Serendipity Labs,” says Veena Kaul, the building owner, who has selected the brand to open and operate the flexible office space. “Serendipity Labs offers more than individual offices and collaboration spaces. Their commitment to enterprise-level workplace compliance is unique in the flexible office industry.”
The flexible office facility enables businesses to support their remote and distributed workforce with a campus extension or drop-in workplace. Companies of all sizes and industries turn to Serendipity Labs, including tech, finance, consulting, and health care, as well as business and personal services such as real estate, accounting, and law. Wellness rooms for nursing mothers, prayer, and meditation are also available. In addition, the location will host curated art shows from local artists and member-only events. Dublin is excited to welcome this new resource to the business community.
