Duo Suspected Of Stealing Wallet, Using Card To Spend Thousands

DUBLIN, CA — Police in Dublin are asking for the public’s help identifying two women who allegedly stole a wallet and used the victim’s card to make “thousands of dollars of purchases” last month. The incident occurred in a Tri-Valley store on May 19, according to police.
